NYSEF is a nonprofit organization that is tax-exempt under 501(c) 3 of the U.S. Tax Code. We are composed of 100% volunteers and governed by a Board of Directors. Almost all of the money that we raise goes directly towards our athletes, our Snowrider Program, and towards supporting the Mt. Rose Team Falcons Ski Team with a big focus being towards awarding scholarships to deserving Falcons athletes. In addition to scholarships, NYSEF purchases equipment, and supplies for use on the hill and at races. We, as a team and a nonprofit organization, have made great strides in meeting the needs of the skiing youth of Northern Nevada, and we aim to continue our positive impact.
NYSEF accepts donations from corporate donors as well as individual donors. For more information, please contact Richard Schreinert at (775) 846-0730 or at firstname.lastname@example.org or Meghan Ochs at (484) 515-4991 or at email@example.com. We look forward to working with you!
NYSEF is very proud to work with the Boys and Girls Club of the Truckee Meadows (Click here to visit their website). Throughout the ski season, our Falcons athletes and NYSEF volunteers work with Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe to outfit these kids in ski gear and to take them up to Mt. Rose to teach them the finer points of skiing. It is a joy for our athletes to watch kids they train rip up the slopes with them. The Snowriders Program is just one of the many community outreach programs that NYSEF is involved with. For information on the Snowriders Program, or to make a tax deductible donation to our community outreach, contact Chris Gant at firstname.lastname@example.org.
